This Privacy Policy describes how SIGN OF PAIN, operated by PAIN. LONDON LTD, registered at 71-75 Shelton Street ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit www.signofpain.com (the "Site"), make a purchase, or otherwise interact with us. 1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some sharing with advertising partners may qualify as "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under certain US state laws — see Section 9 for your opt-out rights.

We sell worldwide, and your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers and fulfillment facilities operate. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Device Information is retained in aggregate or for shorter periods as needed for analytics and security.
